Whistleblower Protection
We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Article 24(1) of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers dated June 14, 2024, Axabee Sp. z o.o. has implemented the Procedure for Reporting Legal Violations and Taking Follow-Up Actions.
Under this procedure, employees, collaborators, interns and employees of Axabee’s contractors may report legal violations, including actions or omissions that are unlawful or intended to circumvent the law, provided that the information was obtained in connection with work performed for Axabee.

Please note that personal data provided in connection with a report will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons unless such disclosure is required by law or made with the explicit consent of the whistleblower.
