Help us achieve our ambitious goals by joining our team as PMO Manager. In this role you'll be the direct operational supervisor of the Project Management Team, reporting to the Delivery Director and responsible for the team's performance and results. You oversee both the project portfolio and the people who manage it, taking ownership of both.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct operational leadership to the Project Management team by planning their work, evaluating project delivery quality, and ensuring accountability for deadlines and quality standards
  • Manage the project portfolio, ensuring real-time visibility into project status, risks, priorities, and resource allocation
  • Manage project resources and capacity planning across the portfolio
  • Take ownership of escalations and critical decisions—you proactively address issues before they become major problems
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting processes
  • Regular reporting to the Delivery Director, including clear assessments of the project portfolio and team performance

Required qualifications

  • At least 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager or PMO Manager in a software house or IT services environment
  • Proven experience leading a team of Project Managers in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to make difficult decisions and take ownership of project outcomes
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery, enabling you to challenge technical assumptions and make informed decisions
  • High level of assertiveness, confidence, and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level, enabling effective communication with international clients

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel/e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of Jira, RACI matrices and project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2
  • Experience in reorganizing or building PMO/Delivery structures from the ground up
