We are growing and looking for more technology enthusiasts to join our ranks. We are currently looking for IT Project Manager with Product Owner skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
  • Leading the project team (developers, testers, analysts)
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Customer Service, IT, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Ensuring timely project delivery within budget
  • Conducting meetings with stakeholders and presenting progress reports
  • Managing risk and change in the project
  • Ensuring compliance of the solution with legal regulations

Required qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project management
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, responsible for product backlog
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry, e-commerce, or booking systems
  • Ability to create and manage product backlog
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Ability to conduct requirements workshops with stakeholders
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
