Responsibilities

  • Deliver new features in our white-label product using Claude Code
  • Turn demo code into maintainable code: tests, structure, and order
  • Talk to the business and turn their needs into specifications that let an agent get it right the first time
  • Evaluate AI solutions: measure the quality of model and agent outputs, compare variants, and state plainly what works and what doesn’t
  • Develop our agent platform, which takes a task from a Jira ticket through to a merge request

Required qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a large organization
  • Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals, including REST APIs, message queue systems, and Kubernetes, and the ability to choose between relational and non-relational databases based on the problem
  • Daily, hands-on work with AI agents in the software development process
  • Experience delivering projects using AI agents that you can present
  • The ability to critically assess agent output, including spotting incorrect answers, shortcuts, and improperly written tests
  • The ability to judge when writing code yourself is more efficient than continuing to refine prompts
  • The ability to work with the business: analyzing the process before starting implementation and explaining technical topics in an understandable way
  • The ability to assess the quality of AI solutions, including building test sets and defining metrics
  • Proactive communication and flagging blockers as they arise

Nice to have

  • A project built with AI that you can present (e.g. a link to a repository, a working application, or a recording), together with a short description of your approach (about three sentences) and the lessons learned from problems you encountered
