Our team specializes in the travel and e-commerce industry and collaborates with renowned brands like Itaka and Čedok. We have one common goal – to show millions of users of mobile and web applications that technology should empower us to overcome our limitations.

We are growing and are currently looking for an AI Consultant - someone who will help us design and refine an AI assistant supporting sales in the travel industry; a business consultant with experience in prompt engineering and a practical understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales processes within companies operating in the travel industry,
  • Design the chatbot’s conversational logic (conversation scenarios, use cases, exception handling),
  • Create and optimize prompts and system instructions for LLM models,
  • Collaborate with an AI developer to define functional requirements for the recommendation system,
  • Test the quality of chatbot responses and iteratively improve prompts,
  • Prepare business documentation and requirements related to LLM-based solutions,
  • Communicate with FENG project stakeholders and report on project progress.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with LLM models/chatbots – prompt engineering, configuring AI assistants (no programming required),
  • Understanding of business sales processes, preferably in the travel industry or e-commerce,
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to create requirements documentation,
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders,
  • Fluency in Polish (for communication with Polish travel industry companies) and English.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of recommendation systems,
  • Experience with EU-funded projects (FENG/POIR),
  • Knowledge of the travel industry,
  • Experience with no-code/low-code chatbot development.
